"Where is it right now?" LogiSwift exists so that question has a fast, public answer — without a phone call, a support ticket, or a spreadsheet lookup.
LogiSwift is a shipment tracking and operations record for freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics teams. Every shipment gets a fixed, seven-stage lifecycle — from manifest creation to final delivery — so status means the same thing to everyone looking at it: the customer, the operator, and the partner carrier.
There's a public lookup page for customers, and an operator dashboard for the team managing the actual freight. Both read from the same record, so there's never a mismatch between what a customer sees and what's actually true.
The lookup and dashboard run on a straightforward stack: a Node.js/Express backend, a PostgreSQL database, and a frontend that doesn't depend on a heavy framework to load. No account is required to track a shipment — the barrier to checking status should be zero.
Six stages, always in the same order. No custom statuses that mean different things to different people.
A customer shouldn't need an account just to find out where their shipment is.
The public tracker and the operator dashboard read the same data — never two sources of truth.
Shipment records can be pulled out as CSV any time — the data belongs to the operator, not the platform.
