TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms

Last updated:

Use of the tracking service

The public shipment tracking page is provided for the purpose of checking the status of a shipment associated with a valid shipment ID or consignee name. Automated scraping or bulk lookup of shipment records is not permitted.

Operator accounts

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of shipment records they create and update, and for maintaining the security of their dashboard credentials.

Accuracy of information

Shipment status reflects the most recent update entered by an operator. While we aim for accuracy, estimated arrival dates and stage timing are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

This platform provides a tracking and record-keeping service. It is not a carrier and is not liable for delays, loss, or damage to physical shipments — those matters are governed by the terms of the carrier or freight forwarder handling the shipment.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tracking service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
